This multifaceted role extends across all areas of the business and with all levels up to and including the Executive Leadership Team.

You’ll contribute to:

  • Shaping the data analytics strategy through the creation of Qliksense dashboards, enhancing data literacy, ensuring data quality, and refining data definitions.
  • Proactively engaging in an advisory support function, providing insights, expert advice, and strategic guidance for the seamless integration of insights and data to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Utilising statistical and modelling techniques to forecast future workforce requirements based on business projections, emerging claims experience, and industry trends.
  • Building and implementing operational staff resourcing models.
  • Identifying claim trends, patterns, and insights from data analytics to inform strategic workforce planning, resource plans, business cases, and regular board reports.

A Bit About You

  • Proven track record in providing business analytics and insights for board reporting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with three or more years of knowledge and experience in compensation and/or general insurance, or financial services.
  • Hands-on expertise in BI tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, and data analytics tools/software like Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
