Reporting to the Desktop Support Manager, the Senior SOE Engineer plays a key role in enhancing our Standard Operating Environment (SOE) and endpoint management capabilities. You will ensure a secure, reliable, and high-quality workplace technology experience for all employees.
This senior technical role oversees core components of our Microsoft workplace ecosystem, including device configuration, policy administration, application packaging, deployment, and endpoint security. You will design and maintain technology solutions that are customer driven and measurable, driving continuous improvement through proactive monitoring, remediation, and automation.
You’ll also support organisational capability across collaboration tools, communication platforms, end user devices, remote working solutions, service portals and application platforms. Your work ensures systems remain resilient, compliant, and aligned to evolving business and security needs.
You bring deep expertise in modern workplace technologies and SOE engineering, with strong technical leadership in enterprise environments. You’ll also bring:

Advanced experience managing Microsoft 365, Entra and Intune, including SOE standards, configuration profiles and policy administration.
