A key aspect of the role is leading transformation and strengthening governance across audit-critical platforms. You will guide the ongoing evolution of enterprise applications, ensuring they remain fit for purpose, compliant, resilient, and responsive to organisational priorities. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive culture that supports growth, innovation, and continuous improvement. Partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will shape initiatives, influence outcomes, and support operational excellence while enabling sustainable transformation.

  • You are a strong people leader who coaches and empowers teams, building a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • You have demonstrated experience leading teams through technology transformation, strengthening governance practices, and managing audit-critical enterprise applications within regulated environments.
  • You excel at translating business priorities into practical technology roadmaps, balancing operational stability, governance requirements, and the delivery of new capabilities.
  • You have demonstrated experience managing the full application lifecycle, including upgrades, vendors, cloud platforms, integrations, and APIs.
  • You apply IT service management best practices, aligned to ITIL, and leverage modern delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or SAFe to optimise performance and service quality.
  • You build trusted partnerships across business and technology stakeholders, influencing decisions and enabling meaningful outcomes.
  • You hold a tertiary qualification in technology, business management, or a related field, coupled with build and run transformation experience in regulated industries is advantageous.
