If you’re someone with a strong values-oriented compass and you want to achieve sustainable outcomes, you will find a great We’re looking for a Leadership and Organisational Development Lead to join our People Group to deliver a range of projects and initiatives based on behavioural science, to enhance the overall effectiveness of the organisation through our people.  

Specifically, this will include: 

  • Delivering bespoke cultural interventions and other OD initiatives based on qualitative employee research, employee data, academic research, and best practice 

  • Supporting the delivery of employee surveys via our survey platform, and supporting leaders to understand survey insights and generate compelling action plans  

  • Delivering team effectiveness activities including diagnostic work, intervention design and delivery  

  • Building, coordinating and delivering leadership programs that drive excellence in leadership behaviours across the leadership lifecycle 

Desired Skills and Experience 

Tertiary qualifications in organisational psychology, human resources, process facilitation or relevant fields are required. Experience in organisational development and leadership development is required. A prime prerequisite is the ability to build meaningful, trusting relationships with stakeholders, work collaboratively with other team members, and display impactful written communication skills.

This is a full time role within a supportive and experienced team of OD and Leadership Development professionals as well as organisational psychology expertise. The role is positioned in the Culture and Organisational Design portfolio within the wider People Group that brings together specialists across organisational development, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, HR strategy, and workforce analytics. The team is passionate about challenging the status quo through connecting people and creating meaningful insights to inspire behaviour change.
