You’ll contribute to: 

• Work closely with Claims team representatives and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and enhance overall performance. 

• Provide day-to-day leadership to a cross-functional team, conducting team stand-ups, planning sessions, and other necessary activities to keep projects on track. Ensure alignment across all team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. 

• Maintain transparent communication with leadership and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and risks. Ensure key metrics and reporting requirements are met to track the success of the workstream. 

• Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, removing impediments that hinder progress. Ensure the team remains focused on achieving business outcomes. 

A bit about you: 

• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, leveraging a combination of formal channels and informal channels  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Digital and Technology and the wider business, encouraging a culture of working together as one WorkCover team. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of delivery practices, frameworks, and techniques. 

• Excellent adaptive team leadership capabilities including the ability to foster productive team dynamics, engage and enable teams and coach for performance.
