You’ll contribute to:
This 12 month maternity leave contract role requires both strategic and hands-on leadership. Working with your team of three, you will develop and execute programs connected to diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition and succession, remuneration and workforce design. The role requires a strong critical thinking ability to apply evidence-based solutions to the organisational opportunities you identify.
A bit about you:
You hold tertiary, and ideally post-graduate, qualifications in human resources or psychology. You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong ability to visualise data and strategy. You are values aligned to excellence, integrity, responsiveness and respect and champion diversity and inclusion. You possess demonstrated experience in leading teams, particularly in a virtual setting, and collaborating in a matrix environment. Extensive experience in organisational design and workforce planning is essential. Additional skills in the development of remuneration frameworks would see you as a great fit for this position. An ability to coach team members, achieve strict deadlines and present the case for change is critical.
