You’ll contribute to: 

  • Leading quality assurance reviews to drive continuous improvement in claims quality and customer outcomes 

  • Coaching and mentoring our people to build capability and embed a culture of continuous improvement 

  • Analysing quality assurance data to identify systemic trends, root causes, and emerging risks across the claims lifecycle 

  • Developing executive dashboards and translating complex data into compelling narratives and visualisations to support data-driven decision-making 

 

A bit about you: 

  • Quality Assurance or Auditing Certification (e.g. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) highly regarded 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in personal injury claims management, including prior experience as a WorkCover Customer Advisor or equivalent 

  • Demonstrate advanced analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, quality monitoring platforms, and data visualisation/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), with a keen attention to detail 

  • Proven leadership abilities in motivating and developing high-performing teams, setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
