In this rewarding role, you'll manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims, providing exceptional service to injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers. Based in our modern Brisbane CBD office, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team committed to achieving positive outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Manage claims from lodgement to finalisation, ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational policies
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including liability determinations and benefit calculations, while keeping accurate records
  • Work closely with injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers to implement effective return-to-work plans
  • Investigate claims through interviews, site visits, and evidence collection to support fair decision-making and prevent fraud
  • Provide expert guidance on workers' compensation processes, entitlements, and dispute resolution

Who We're Looking For

  • Have exceptional time management and the ability to manage complex caseloads
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and resilience in challenging situations
  • Communicate confidently and build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Understand medical terminology and healthcare processes (preferred)
  • Have experience in insurance or workers’ compensation environments (advantageous)
