Join our Technology Services team as a Service Desk Analyst and play a key role in delivering exceptional technology support across the organisation. As the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, you'll help keep our people connected, productive and supported every day. This is a hands-on role where you'll troubleshoot issues, collaborate with technical specialists, contribute to service improvements, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What You Will Bring
You are a customer-focused technology professional with experience in service desk, end-user computing or IT support environments. You enjoy solving problems, communicating with a broad range of stakeholders and delivering a high standard of service.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in a Service Desk, end-user computing or similar IT support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Experience using IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to a diverse range of users.
- Knowledge of Service Operations practices, frameworks and service management principles.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Relevant IT qualifications, with ITIL certification highly regarded.
