WorkCover Queensland is entering an exciting new chapter, guided by a renewed strategic focus and strong executive leadership shaping our 2030 Strategy. We’re embarking on an enterprise-wide transformation to strengthen our impact and continue making a positive difference in people’s lives.
Join our Customer Insights team as a Research and Insights Specialist, helping transform customer feedback, research and organisational data into meaningful insights that shape better experiences for workers and employers.
In this role, you'll bring together information from a range of sources, including customer surveys, Voice of Provider, operational data, behavioural insights, research activities and other customer evidence. You'll identify patterns across the customer experience, connect insights from multiple evidence sources and build a holistic understanding of what workers and employers need, experience and value most.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business and our analytics teams, you'll analyse, interpret and synthesise information to develop actionable insights that support decision-making, service improvement and strategic priorities. You'll also contribute to the design and delivery of research activities, reporting and insight products that help the organisation better understand its customers and measure experience outcomes.
You are naturally curious and enjoy uncovering the story behind the data. You have experience in customer insights, market research, customer research, Voice of Customer, analytics or a related discipline and are comfortable working across multiple sources of information to answer business questions.
You may have developed your career in market research, customer insights, business analytics, service design, experience management or a similar field. What matters most is your ability to bring diverse evidence together, identify meaningful patterns and provide clear recommendations that help improve customer and business outcomes.
You will have experience interpreting both quantitative and qualitative information, including surveys, customer feedback, operational measures, behavioural data and research findings. You'll be confident facilitating research activities, analysing findings and communicating insights through compelling storytelling and effective visualisation.
Experience with Power BI is highly desirable. Experience with Qualtrics, customer feedback platforms, survey design, Google Analytics or other insight tools will be highly regarded.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who can connect the dots across multiple sources of evidence and help others understand what the information means, why it matters and what should happen next.
