As a Senior Talent Specialist, you'll play a meaningful role in attracting and securing the skilled professionals who deliver on WorkCover Queensland's purpose. Working closely with hiring leaders across the business, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, from technical specialists to corporate professionals.

The Role:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning conversations through to offer and onboarding, delivering a consistent and considered candidate experience
• Building trusted partnerships with hiring managers, providing coaching and guidance on best-practice talent acquisition approaches
• Contributing to talent projects including employer branding, assessment design, and pipeline development
• Using data and recruitment insights to inform decisions and continuously improve how we attract and select talent

What You Bring:

• Proven recruitment experience within a complex government/insurance organisation (mandatory)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise at a senior level
• Sound knowledge of contemporary sourcing strategies and candidate assessment methods
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system and using data to guide recruitment activity
• A collaborative approach with the confidence to work independently across competing priorities
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and building diverse talent pipelines
