Join our growing Safety and Wellbeing team as an RTW and Rehabilitation Advisor, where you'll play a hands-on role supporting employees through workplace injuries and helping them achieve successful return to work outcomes. Reporting into the Manager, Safety and Wellbeing, you'll manage a portfolio of physical and psychological claims, aligned with WorkCover’s injury profile , while enhancing your expertise in injury management and workplace rehabilitation.
In this varied role, you'll coordinate return to work and rehabilitation plans, manage medical certificates and case documentation, support claims administration and case management activities, and provide practical guidance to employees and leaders on suitable duties and workplace adjustments. You'll also work closely with insurers, treating practitioners and rehabilitation providers, while providing ad hoc safety and wellbeing support across the business when required.

You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced RTW, Safety and Wellbeing specialists, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and develop your capability within a supportive environment that values teamwork, collaboration and shared success.
You bring experience in workplace rehabilitation, injury management, return to work coordination or a related health, safety or HR environment, with a genuine passion for helping people navigate recovery and return to work. A background in RTW, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy will be highly regarded, along with relevant qualifications in rehabilitation, occupational health or a related discipline.

You're proactive and solutions-focused, taking ownership of challenges and looking for practical ways forward before escalating issues. You have a strong work ethic, enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, and are open to learning from others and receiving feedback to continually develop your skills.
You'll thrive in an environment of change and growth, bringing a positive mindset and adaptability as the team establishes new ways of working together. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, as you'll be managing competing priorities, maintaining accurate case records and ensuring timely support across multiple matters. Above all, you're a team player who values collaboration, communicates effectively with a range of stakeholders, and is committed to achieving positive rehabilitation and return to work outcomes.
