Great digital engagement doesn’t happen by accident
This role plays a critical part in how WorkCover shows up across its digital channels.
You'll make sure our content, forms and digital experiences remain accurate, compliant and easy for customers to engage with. You'll coordinate publishing and digital delivery activities across our website and broader digital ecosystem, ensuring work moves efficiently from request through to implementation.
You'll be the person who connects business needs with digital delivery. Working closely with the Communications and Customer Engagement, Customer Experience, Technology and operational teams, you'll help identify opportunities, solve problems and coordinate improvements that make a real difference for customers.
You'll:
- Manage digital content, forms and publishing activities across multiple digital platforms
- Champion governance, standards and controls that support quality, consistency and compliance
- Coordinate review, approval and publishing workflows
- Analyse platform analytics to identify improvement opportunities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that reduce friction and improve customer outcomes
- Monitor digital performance and provide clear recommendations to inform future priorities
You'll also provide trusted advice to stakeholders, helping balance operational needs, governance requirements and customer outcomes while ensuring digital experiences remain fit for purpose.
About You
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems and helping things run well.
You'll be naturally curious, highly organised and comfortable navigating complex environments with competing priorities. You know how to ask the right questions, uncover root causes and work collaboratively to deliver practical solutions.
You bring strong stakeholder management skills, a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to influence outcomes without relying on formal authority.
Your experience includes:
- Working with website content management systems with Sitecore experience desirable
- Supporting digital platforms, content, forms or business-owned technology solutions
- Developing or working within governance frameworks, standards and operational processes
- Analysing business requirements and coordinating implementation activities
- Using reporting, analytics and insights to inform decisions and prioritise work
- Managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Building strong relationships across business and technology teams
You are someone who:
- Sees opportunities to improve processes and customer experiences
- Brings structure and clarity to complex work
- Uses evidence and insights to guide decisions
- Builds strong relationships and brings people together to achieve outcomes
- Communicates clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders
- Enjoys learning, experimenting and continuously improving how work gets done
