What You'll Be Doing

As our Talent & Onboarding Coordinator, you'll sit at the heart of our Talent team, providing end-to-end operational support across talent acquisition and new starter onboarding. 

  • Manage the talent acquisition inbox, draft and issue employment contracts and offer letters, and coordinate background checks to ensure timely, compliant pre-employment processes
  • Support full-cycle recruitment activity including scheduling interviews, sourcing, screening, and maintaining accurate records across our ATS and HRIS platforms
  • Coordinate all pre-employment onboarding tasks, liaising with IT, payroll, and hiring leaders to ensure a smooth experience
  • Administer the employee referral program and exit interview surveys, ensuring data quality and timely, transparent communication with employees

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years' experience in HR coordination, recruitment administration, or a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience generating employment contracts and managing background check processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and enterprise-level ATS or HRIS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under deadline pressure
  • Sound understanding of recruitment compliance and employment legislation requirements
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information
