We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Workplace Relations function within our dynamic People Services team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive strategic people initiatives while supporting our workforce through significant organisational transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership and expert advice on complex workplace relations matters, including industrial relations, employment law compliance, and dispute resolution
• Lead the development and implementation of workplace relations policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with legislative requirements and organisational objectives
• Manage complex employee relations cases, grievances, and workplace investigations with sensitivity and professionalism
• Partner with senior leaders across the organisation to provide proactive workplace relations support and guidance on people management matters
• Build and maintain effective relationships with unions, employee representatives, and external stakeholders while representing WorkCover's interests
