The Opportunity
We’re currently seeking a Rehabilitation and Return to Work Advisor to join our People and Strategy Group on a 6‑month maximum term contract, supporting safe, timely and sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes for our people.

You’ll bring:
- Sound knowledge of workers’ compensation and work health and safety legislation
- Proven employer experience in workplace rehabilitation, injury management or return‑to‑work coordination
- Capability to develop, implement, monitor and review individualised return‑to‑work plans
- Experience managing multiple injury and rehabilitation cases concurrently, including complex or prolonged matters
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to achieve sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes
- The ability to provide clear, evidence‑based advice to leaders on legislative obligations and risk
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when managing sensitive and confidential information
- A collaborative, values‑led approach to work, contributing positively to team culture
