We’re looking for a Business Support Administrator to deliver accurate and efficient administrative support across provider payments and claims settlements. You’ll work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while contributing to positive customer experiences throughout the claims journey. 

You’ll contribute to: 

  • Keeping accurate records, ensuring compliance and easy access to information 

  • Processing provider payments and claim settlements efficiently 

  • Be the go-to contact for payment inquiries, resolving issues quickly 

  • Work with the team to streamline processes and improve efficiency 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy 

  • A confident communicator who builds and maintains strong relationships 

  • Proactive in improving processes and finding efficiencies 

  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment 

  • Minimum 60WPM typing speed
