As part of this evolution, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Employer Relationships & Engagement to join the Employer Group Leadership Team, reporting directly to the General Manager Employer. • Lead timely, accurate and insightful reporting for key stakeholders; manage partnerships and procurement in line with frameworks.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risk; manage financial performance to deliver outcomes within scope and budget.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust across diverse internal and external stakeholders; confident engaging with industry groups and employer segments.
  • Proven experience developing and executing engagement plans and strategies that uplift customer experience and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong judgment navigating multi‑stakeholder environments with competing interests; ability to influence and align around shared priorities.
  • High‑level analytical capability to translate data and trends into actionable insights and executive‑ready advice on performance, risks and opportunities.
  • Experience overseeing governance, reporting, risk and compliance within a customer or stakeholder engagement context.
  • Strength in continuous improvement and service consistency, including the use of digital tools and new ways of working to enhance engagement.
  • Comfort leading a team, with the ability to coach, mentor and grow capability as the function scales.
