To support this journey, we’re seeking a Senior Product Administrator to join our Digital and Technology Group. In this pivotal role, you’ll own the lifecycle of key technology products — with a strong focus on TechnologyOne — ensuring they are strategically developed, effectively maintained, and aligned with our digital roadmap.

What You’ll Do

In this hands-on role, you’ll:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of technology products, from concept to retirement.
• Manage and optimise TechnologyOne application and related systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely product updates, configurations and enhancements.
• Analyse user feedback and technology trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain accurate product documentation and prepare performance reports.
• Support vendor governance and participate in vendor management forums.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvement.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical product-related issues.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

• Strong experience with TechnologyOne (highly desirable).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT product management or administration.
• ITIL Foundation (v3 minimum; v4 desirable).
• Proficiency in IT service management and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts in plain English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple products simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
