About the Role 

As Lead Technical Delivery, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling modern technology delivery across digital and enterprise platforms. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure initiatives are aligned to business priorities and strategic outcomes. In this role you will drive measurable value for our customers and organisation. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead and empower cross-functional technical teams to deliver digital and enterprise solutions that create real business impact. 

  • Plan, coordinate and support delivery across multiple streams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and organisational objectives. 

  • Foster a culture of iteration and continuous improvement, leveraging agile, DevOps and automation practices to accelerate delivery. 

  • Collaborate across WorkCover teams to resolve blockers, manage dependencies and maintain delivery velocity. 

  • Coach and mentor team members to uplift technical capability and delivery excellence across digital platforms. 

  • Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools and team performance. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in technical delivery leadership across digital, enterprise and engineering domains. 

  • Solid technical background with the ability to translate business problems into clear technical requirements and solutions. 

  • Strong knowledge of agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). 

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream solutions in dynamic or highly regulated environments. 

  • Skilled in using planning and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to enable transparency and coordination. 

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes. 

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Business or related discipline; agile certification highly desirable.
