We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects that will shape the future of workplace safety in Queensland. You’ll play a key role in delivering technology and business solutions that directly impact the lives of Queensland workers and employers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for projects and/or initiatives, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget and scope
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop comprehensive project plans, and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Implement robust project governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and quality assurance processes
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and senior leadership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members in project management best practice

What you'll bring:

  • Proven project management experience within complex enterprise Transformation environments managing multiple projects and cross functional teams
  • Background in Financial Services or a Regulatory environment highly desirable
  • You’ll have strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Relevant project management qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)
  • Experience with hybrid methodologies and digital transformation projects
  • A willingness to jump in and get the work done.
