Are you a change management professional ready to drive meaningful transformation? Join our dynamic Transformation Delivery team as Lead, Organisational Change, where you'll play a pivotal role in guiding WorkCover Queensland through our strategic evolution. 

In this influential 12-month position, you'll lead enterprise-wide change initiatives that directly impact the safety and wellbeing of Queensland workers. Working from our modern Brisbane CBD office, you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our transformation journey is both successful and sustainable. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with our 2030 Strategy and transformation objectives 
  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities, building coalition and buy-in across all organisational levels 
  • Design and deliver targeted communication plans, training programs, and change readiness assessments 
  • Monitor and evaluate change progress, providing strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership 
  • Champion change management best practices while mentoring team members and building organisational change capability 

We're seeking an experienced change practitioner with proven expertise in large-scale organisational transformation, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex strategic objectives into actionable change plans.
