We’re looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the Finance Division.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance Business Partnering, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering financial oversight, commercial analysis, and strategic advice that supports both day-to-day operations and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative finance professional who thrives on partnering with senior leaders to deliver meaningful outcomes. With a balance of operational finance expertise and strategic advisory capability, you’ll bring strong commercial judgement and a solutions mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to manage financial performance across business units.
- Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning processes.
- Deliver accurate management reporting, variance analysis, and business insights.
- Provide financial modelling, business case development, ROI analysis, and benefits tracking for key projects.
- Act as the finance lead on major transformation initiatives and program governance forums.
- Drive cost efficiency, productivity, and resource optimisation strategies.
- Enhance financial literacy and accountability across the business.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (postgraduate highly regarded).
- CPA/CA qualification (mandatory).
- Strong experience in management or financial accounting, ideally from both chartered and corporate settings.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, business partnering, and commercial analysis.
- Experience in insurance or financial services (highly regarded).
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with TechnologyOne experience desirable.
