We are seeking a highly experienced and driven professional to join our Risk team as the Head of Regulatory Integrity. This critical role is responsible for leading the Regulatory Integrity portfolio to enable the enterprise to provide strategic direction and deliver a high-quality service and customer experience by:

  • Driving strategic priorities that strengthen governance frameworks while cultivating a high-performance culture, excellence in customer services, and enhanced team capability.
  • Developing and implementing a forward thinking approach to navigating regulatory and legislative requirements and engagement, ensuring compliance, and fostering organisational agility.
  • Leading and shaping operational adaptability by identifying, understanding, and effectively communicating potential and ongoing changes across all levels of Workcover.
  • Overseeing the strategic and practical assessment of regulatory changes, ensuring their implications for Workcover are identified and addressed with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in business, law, finance, risk management, or a related field, coupled with experience in complaints management, regulatory engagement and risk management, including the ability to interpret and apply legislative requirements in evaluations and prioritisation of high risk and complex matters. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
