Reporting to the Chief Operating and Technology Officer (COTO), this role will lead and transform delivery of WorkCover Queensland’s technology service operations. Specifically, this covers:
The role will provide advice on emerging trends and complex technical matters and drive industry leading best practice technology operations and services to enable the organisational vision, strategy and roadmap. Critical to the success of this role, you’ll bring;

A deep understanding of architecture platforms, information systems, network structures and digital transformation technologies, applications and processes.

High-level conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of innovative strategies that drive performance, build organisational capability and achieve strategic and operational objectives.

The ability to ensure that both the internal and external customer’s perspective is the driving force behind strategic priorities, business decisions, organisational processes, and individual activities.

An ability to translate strategic priorities into operational reality by aligning communication, accountabilities, resource capabilities, internal processes and ongoing measurement to ensure strategic priorities yield measurable and sustainable results.
