About The Role:
As a Claims Advisor, you will facilitate the rehabilitation and return to work of customers with physical and mental injuries sustained at work. You will build influential relationships with a range of stakeholders including allied health providers, employers and injured workers to achieve positive, early return to work outcomes.

- A customer experience professional
- Resilient and composed in challenging situations
- Strong problem solver and decision maker with excellent time management
- Collaborative team member who proactively contributes to solutions
- Experience in a similar role (case management, insurance, health or relationship management)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, psychology, business or law are advantageous
