We’re looking for two Business Analysts to join our team and help deliver innovative business solutions across multiple programs. These roles are perfect for professionals who thrive on collaboration, problem-solving, and turning ideas into actionable outcomes. 

About the Roles 

As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into clear specifications, and supporting projects through the full delivery lifecycle. Your ability to engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and identify opportunities for optimisation will be essential. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business requirements across projects and initiatives. 

  • Apply continuous improvement principles to design practical and sustainable solutions. 

  • Develop high-level and detailed requirement specifications to guide solution design and delivery. 

  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and meetings to ensure alignment between business needs and project outcomes. 

  • Analyse existing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation. 

  • Create process maps using BPMN standards and contribute to the development of functional specifications. 

  • Support project teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle, including UAT and training activities. 

  • Proactively raise scope issues, gaps and risks to support successful project outcomes. 

About You 

You’re a proactive, detail-oriented Business Analyst who enjoys working across diverse projects and partnering with stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes. You bring: 

  • Extensive experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on process improvement and stakeholder engagement. 

  • A passion for early-stage exploration, discovery and scoping—comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping shape business direction and strategy. 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take a holistic view across business domains. 

  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with SDLC principles. 

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable outcomes. 

  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, evolving environments.
